To all of us bookworms

I came to this conclusion way too many times and I believe I have mentioned it already:I am obsessed with books.I go to bookstores(at least to my favorite one) quite frequently and I always see a new title that catches my eye. Then I start looking through it a little-I normally open the book at some random page and start reading- sometimes a few pages sometimes a whole chapter to form an opinion. Now I get overly excited just by seeing my little corner of books in town and it takes only a few seconds for
me to actually fall in love with a book or to know that I'm never probably going to read it.
There have been times when I started reading books because I have seen the movies that were based on them.I always ended up loving the books more:The Lord of The Rings,Harry Potter and Sherlock Holmes. And then there have been times when I insisted on reading the book first and then watching the movie, examples like Memoirs of a Geisha and The Wolf of Wall Street come in my mind, the latter having been purchased these days.I have many ways of choosing books but sometimes I just stick with my favorite "kind of theme" -that's how I like to call it although it's not-like where it takes place or which type of literature it is.
Having said that I love books you could have concluded that I have a thing for famous libraries around the world,in some cases the older the better-I talked about the Boldeyan Library in my post about Oxford and the Library of Goville and Caius College in Cambridge is magnificent as well( although I tend to prefer the cozy one, another which I found in Cambridge as too).
I am in some kind of research project(it's not really scientific) and the purpose of this research is to find a way to store my growing collection of books(here I'm talking about my science books as well, surprise?) as I don't have where to put them anymore-in other words it's not really a research.I change the way I store them, the place where I keep them, the way I organize them because of that and it always bothers me.I won't even go in the direction of DVDs and CDs-I'm thinking of moving them a bit so I'll have more space for books-as you can see space it's quite the problem now.
Just a quick thought-do you ever feel soo happy or excited or joyful when you come home after a book shopping spree?Cause' If you do-believe me,I know what you're talking about.
Now that I've rambled about books for some precious minutes I hope you got some idea of this very random post.

To more books and cups of tea for all of us who can relate to everything just written.

Cristina
